Welcome to The Treasury. By using our website, booking our space, or purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Using Our Space

Access to The Treasury depends on your membership or booking type. Coworking members have access according to their plan (Day Pass or Monthly Pass). Rental hours are Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 10 PM, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Public tours and inquiries are by appointment only.

Free parking for members, coworkers, and meeting room renters is available at 701 W. California. Instructions are included in your booking or membership confirmation email. Free and paid street parking is also available along Sheridan and Lee.

Coworking Memberships

Coworking memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at signup.

Event Host Memberships

Event Host Memberships (Conference Room and Studio Commons) require a 6 month minimum commitment and are billed monthly. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance and require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Hours do not roll over month to month without prior written agreement. Members may cancel after their commitment period ends by providing 10 days written notice. Members who pay in full for their commitment period receive an additional 10% discount.

Events serving alcohol require a valid Certificate of Insurance and a licensed bartender. The Treasury reserves the right to decline any booking that does not meet this requirement.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our third party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize The Treasury to charge the applicable fees according to your membership or booking type. Recurring memberships will continue to be billed automatically until canceled according to the terms above.

Booking Conduct

You agree to use The Treasury's space respectfully and to leave it in the condition you found it. Any damage caused during your booking may result in additional charges. The Treasury reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking for conduct that disrupts other members or violates these terms.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to access it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfering with any other party's use of it.

Limitation of Liability

The Treasury and Joyful Community LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our space or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our space or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
