If you're a coach, consultant, or community leader who needs a consistent place to hold your meetings or trainings, we built this for you. A discounted monthly rate in exchange for a recurring commitment, so your budget stays predictable and your time is already held.
Whether it's a board meeting for six or a training for sixty, The Treasury has the space, and the membership, to match. Choose Conference Rooms for smaller, focused gatherings, or Studio Commons when you need room to spread out. Each comes with a Reserve option, for the same day and time every month, or a Flex option, for booking as you go.
Conference Rooms
Two rooms, built for focus. The Projection Room seats 6 to 8 and comes with a large dry erase board, perfect for smaller planning sessions and goal-setting meetings. The Screening Suite seats 8 to 12 and adds a television alongside its dry erase board, ideal for board meetings, team trainings, and client presentations.
Both rooms carry original Art Deco details from the building's history as a screening room for theatre owners, giving every meeting a backdrop with real character. Regular rate is $60 per hour, or join as a member below for a discounted monthly rate.
Studio Commons
Our largest event space, built to flex with whatever you're planning. Studio Commons seats up to 60, or holds up to 100 standing, making it a fit for photoshoots, classes, workshops, retreats, large trainings, and celebrations alike.
The room comes equipped with a 75" television with AppleTV, filtered hot and cold water, and a coffee maker. Guests also have access to the kitchen and spacious common areas. Regular rate is $120 per hour, or join as a member below for a discounted monthly rate.
Need Both Spaces?
No problem. Choose your membership above, whichever room and rate fits how you work, then add Extra Hours below if you need time in the other room too. Mix Conference Room hours with Studio Commons hours however your month calls for it. Your membership, built around what you actually need.
The Details
Reserve your time up to 30 days in advance. All bookings require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Hours do not roll over month to month without prior agreement. Membership requires a 6 month minimum commitment. Choose to pay in full for an additional 10% discount.
Events serving alcohol require a Certificate of Insurance and a licensed bartender. Canceling your membership requires 10 days written notice after your commitment period ends.
