So you guys know now how I feel about 40 Under 40 and Power Lists. But it's one thing to have a problem with something and a totally different beast to try to create change.

My hope with Hundred Magazine is that the women in the magazine feel more empowered. That by having someone recognize them for their character, they really feel like their contributions matter.

My hope for women who read the magazine is that they feel seen. That they can trade out the culture that's always made them feel like they need to look a certain way, hold a certain degree or have a certain job title to be valued for one that celebrates their daily commitment to just be faithful with the work in front of them.
