The Screening Suite, our largest conference room, is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a productive and comfortable experience. The large conference room table comfortably seats 8-10 people, making it perfect for team meetings, sales presentations, trainings, and more.

  • You will have access to the kitchen, restrooms, common areas and free parking is available.

    This room retains some of the original Art Deco brick and crown molding from when it served as a screening room for theatre owners previewing movies before purchasing them for their cinemas. The rich history embedded within these walls creates an inspiring backdrop for any meeting or event.

    Whether you're aiming to impress clients, conduct important sales meetings, or host a training session, the Screening Suite offers a sophisticated and professional environment. Its elegant decor pays homage to the building's cinematic past, providing a unique and memorable setting for all your business needs. For mediation sessions, this room can be rented in conjunction with the smaller conference room, offering the ideal combination of space and privacy.

Small Lounge

Seats: 4 People

Our Legends Lounge is a sophisticated haven designed to inspire and elevate your meetings. Featuring very comfortable, club-like chairs, the Legends Lounge is perfect for intimate conversations, coaching sessions, or interviews, rather than traditional conference room bookings.

  • Adorned with black and white photos of historically significant women like Hedy Lamarr and Lucille Ball, this room pays homage to trailblazers who have shaped our world. The rich colors and sophisticated furnishings, complemented by accessories from world travels, create a sought-after space that captures the essence of elegance and intellect.

    With ample natural sunlight, the room provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for fostering meaningful discussions and dreaming up big ideas. Here, legendary ideas happen, and big things are imagined.

Medium Conference Room

Seats: 6 People

The Projection Room is a refined and elegant space, perfectly suited for smaller planning and goal projection meetings. It seats up to 6 people and is designed to minimize distractions, making it ideal for focused and productive meetings.

  • This conference room pays homage to its historical roots as part of the original screening room, offering a unique blend of charm and functionality.

    With its exposed brick walls and restored trim, the Projection Room is one of the most authentic reflections of the building's 1920s architecture. It seats up to 6 people and is designed to minimize distractions, making it ideal for focused and productive meetings. The room is equipped with a large whiteboard for brainstorming and planning, and a coffee bar to keep your team energized.

    Beyond meetings, the Projection Room's distinctive decor and historical ambiance make it an excellent choice for photoshoots, offering a backdrop that combines vintage elegance with modern amenities.

Studio Commons

Seats: 50 - 100 People

Welcome to Studio Commons, the heart of our coworking space, where productivity meets elegance. By day, this versatile area serves as the main coworking space, bustling with creativity and collaboration. After hours and on weekends, it transforms into the perfect venue for large trainings, small parties, and various events.

Whether you’re looking for a dynamic workspace during the day or a sophisticated venue for your next event, Studio Commons offers the perfect blend of history, elegance, and functionality.

In this room, you’ll have access to a 75” television with AppleTV, filtered hot and cold water, and a coffee maker. Guests enjoy access to the kitchen, spacious common areas, and the convenience of free parking on weekdays.

  • We accommodate up to 60 seated and 100 standing, but the sweet spot for movement within the space is 50.

  • We have five 4x6' tables, 20 event chairs, eight rolling office chairs and seven bar stools. You may use this furniture or move it out of the way and use your own. All furniture must be put in its original location at the end of your rental.

  • As long as everything is returned to its original condition after your rental, yes. The use of confetti and glitter is prohibited.

  • We don't regulate outside beverages and catering. You will sign a contract agreeing to be responsible for meeting local regulations and laws regarding food and alcohol.

  • Your rental includes 30 spaces in our private parking lot, located at the corner of Lee & Sheridan behind Joey's Pizzeria. Metered street parking is available, as well.

  • If you need speakers or a mic you will need to bring your own. We do offer a television with Apple TV if you want to stream audio or video from your device.
