I don't know about you, but we're feeling 2022

Our Treasures have big dreams and goals for this year.

“I want to get jacked, or at least do pull ups unassisted, and double our income this year!”

Emily Strickler is Co-owner & Designer at Toast Design Studio, which offers branding, print, and web design services.

“We’ve spent a really long time putting our business last and our clients first, and as a result have neglected a lot of our marketing and business development. This year, I want to treat Toast with the same care and focus we give to our clients, so that we can intentionally grow and achieve the same success that we help our clients attain.”

“My word for the year is Eudaimonia: Living a life that is worthwhile, meaningful, and elevating. It goes deeper than happiness, to a state of inner peace.”

Danielle Throckmorton owns a luxury retreat company called Reach Retreat and an event planning company called Throckmorton Events.

Some of her goals for 2022 include…

- Securing the remaining 5 attendee spots for her July Reach Retreat in Savannah, Georgia.

- Helping 20 female entrepreneurs through her 12-week 1:1 coaching program.

- Running a 10K

- Creating a schedule that allows her to be the intentional mom, wife, and daughter she desires to be.

“My word for 2022 is Pause……taking time to be sure my words and actions are the right ones by thinking about the consequences and they affect others.”

Karen Berry is a Mediation Specialist with a passion for resolving conflict.

“My goal this year is to increase my mediation business by 30% with my newly created website and by using more social media interactions.”

She also plans to travel more and continue making changes to her eating habits by incorporating less inflammatory foods and using more natural products.

“This year’s theme word is Explore.

My children are 7 and 8, which means they’re at inquisitive ages. I want to nurture that curiosity and explore more with them.”

Lindsey Miller is the Lead Guide and Owner of Content Journey, creating custom content for businesses and professionals.

“Personally, I’m ready to get back into the world and explore my city and new places. I plan to do that in 2022 as much as the pandemic safely allows.

“And for Content Journey, I’m always looking for ways to explore our offerings, our efficiency, and how to better serve our clients. As usual, I have some ideas, and thinking of all the areas to explore this next year gets me excited.”

“I have three big goals for 2022…”

Kelly Grantham owns Beyond Design Co., which offers marketing, branding, and SEO friendly website design.

“Goal #1: Complete digital marketing course at OSU, receive Google Analytics, Ads & Hubspot Email Marketing Certifications

“Goal #2: Create suite of SEO guides, checklists, courses for those DIYing their site & website designers

“Goal #3: Eventually hire social media agency to take over social media for me (because it’s my least favorite marketing task to take care of).”

“My word for 2022 is Pace. This word ties into my personal New Year's resolution to be more mindful in my calendaring.”

Shannon Conner owns Gather, which produces wellness events for communities, companies, and individuals.

“I intend to use the word Pace as a reminder to check-in with myself: am I giving myself enough space in my day to keep pace with my schedule? Am I happy with my pace? Am I expecting too much of myself? Am I making steady progress on my work and life goals?”
